Our general scope of services encompasses multiple facets which can be tailored to meet client needs or to meet project specific requirements.  JBM is: 1) a construction management firm (CM)—an agent of the owner--performing total supervision of the project from its inception through the entire construction process.  CM corporations are paid a fee for professional services, based on a percentage of the total cost of construction for managerial services, and  2) CM Development firm capable of exercising full land and community development processes for commercial and residential projects.
